Mutil stage charging: 1. pre-charging 2A. 2. CC charging 3. CV charging 4. Full charged 5. Detect full charged battery good or bad by checking voltage decrease to 12.6V in 1mins and alarm if bad.If good, enter next stage. 6. Float charging when battery voltage decrease to 13.5V and stop charging when battery reach 13.5V. 7. Recharging stage: when voltage is lower than 12.6V, the charger restart charging.
The E&J DC to DC Smart Battery Charger
is charges the secondary batteries in rvs by transfer power from the start
battery while on the road or parking.
The E&J DCSDC charger is a smart device
that starts working when it connected to the battery system.
As all chargers work, it lift the Input
voltage and flow to low voltage device to complete the power transfer.
When hooking up our DC-DC isolators and
chargers, there are multiple ways to connect the D+ signal wire. The D+ signal
wire is used as an on and off switch for these devices, its main purpose is to
send a 12V+ signal to the device when the vehicle is running. This is necessary
for devices without a voltage-sensitive relay (VSR) so the unit knows to turn
on when the alternator is running and off when it is not, so it does not drain
the starter battery. There are multiple circuits in a vehicle that are only
powered on when the vehicle is running, we recommend splicing into one of these
for the D+ signal.
